1 User Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on absa8, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create the account voluntarily, knowingly, and on your own behalf.
• You may not hold more than one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been cancelled or banned from absa8 for any reason.
• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally accountable for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

absa8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time as required. This process may involve requesting a national identity card, passport, or other government-recognized document. We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete.

4 Accepted Payment Methods

absa8 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Via major banks in Bangladesh (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

We do not accept transactions processed through unauthorized third parties.

5 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Withdrawal times may vary due to technical or verification-related reasons. All requests are processed on a FIFO (first-in, first-out) basis.

6 Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering

absa8 is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. If we identify a suspicious transaction, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or cancel the transaction.
• Place the account under investigation.
• Notify the relevant authorities.

Users must ensure that deposited funds come from a lawful source.

7 Welcome Bonus

absa8 offers a welcome bonus for new users. The key terms of this bonus are:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000; ৳20,000 in wagers required to withdraw the bonus.
• Example: ৳18,000 deposit → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

8 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

absa8 actively monitors for bonus abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts.
• Applying dishonest or manipulative strategies to meet bonus requirements.
• Using accounts of related individuals or multiple members of the same household to claim bonuses.

If such activity is detected, absa8 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus on the relevant account and close the account.

9 VIP Program

Our VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Advancement to a higher tier is possible based on regular activity and engagement on the platform.

10 Fair Play Policy

absa8 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all users. All our games and sports markets are operated impartially. SSL encryption and advanced security measures are active on the platform.

11 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited on absa8:

• Operating an account using automated bots or software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical flaws or bugs in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in fraudulent communication against other users.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or transferring accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Creating an account using a false or another person's identity.

Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

12 Intellectual Property Rights

13 Limitation of Liability

absa8 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Loss or game interruption caused by internet disconnection.
• Technical issues from approved third-party game providers.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Personal financial loss arising from financial decisions.

Betting and gambling carry financial risk. Users acknowledge this risk knowingly by using the platform.

14 Right to Modify or Discontinue Service

absa8 reserves the right to take the following actions at any time without prior notice:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
• Update any part of these Terms.
• Add new features or remove existing ones.

We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes. However, continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

15 Responsible Gambling Commitment

16 Self-Exclusion & Account Closure

Any user may voluntarily suspend or permanently close their account. To make this request, contact the support team via live chat or email. Any attempt to create a new account while a self-exclusion is active will be treated as a direct breach of the Terms.

17 Privacy & Data Protection

Our policy on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used is detailed in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of these Terms. By using the platform, you are also considered to have agreed to the Privacy Policy.

18 Complaints Process

19 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will be severed and all remaining provisions will continue in full effect. One provision being unenforceable does not render the entire Terms ineffective.

20 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between absa8 and the user. These documents supersede any prior oral or written understandings. Any changes take effect only through updated Terms published on the platform by absa8.
